Robert’s track record brings firsthand expertise in the full mechanics of taking a medical device technology global: structuring international distributor agreements across diverse regulatory frameworks, building market entry and pricing strategies for novel device categories, and developing the commercial infrastructure to sustain long-term growth. Robert has repeatedly guided go-to-market strategy, regulatory navigation, and the international pricing decisions required to scale medical aesthetic devices at the highest levels of the industry.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Wetter serves as Director of Studies for specialist physician training at Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud and is a respected lecturer nationally and internationally. In 2020, she founded Inskinity Academy to advance physician education and elevate the quality and safety standards of dermatologic and aesthetic treatments. Dr. Wetter is also the founder of the Aesthetic Injection Council, established to promote regulatory standards, improve treatment oversight, and reduce patient complications in Sweden’s rapidly expanding aesthetic injection market. Earlier in her career, she developed Allél Skincare, a personalized skincare line leveraging DNA-based testing to tailor formulations to individual genetic profiles and specific skin needs.

Bill currently leads Deloitte’s Nashville Consulting Office (~700 strong) and co‑leads the firm’s Health Care Chief Strategy Officer program. He serves on the board of an international medical device company, is a limited partner in a Nashville‑based venture capital firm and an active investor in healthcare, MedTech, real estate, and golf hospitality ventures.

Connor’s work centers on identifying emerging market dynamics, sharpening competitive positioning, and structuring executive-level narratives that support investment decisions, commercialization planning, and strategic expansion. He brings a disciplined, research-driven approach to strategy development, combining analytical rigor with practical execution to drive measurable business outcomes.
Previously, Connor served as a senior researcher at Gartner, where he advised global service and support leaders on strategic transformation, technology adoption, and operational performance. His experience reinforced a product- and customer-centric approach to strategy, with a focus on differentiation, clarity, and scalable execution.

As an active entrepreneur, Dan co-founded several other successful businesses:
Money Masters – one of America’s first online investment advisory services. Retirement University which offers classes to retirees on topics such as financial planning, health and nutrition, technology, as well as hobbies and crafts. Diligent Corporation where Diligent Board Books – the flagship software product – is now used by over 25,000 global companies for the secure digital transmission and storage of their confidential corporate information.
He currently serves as a General Partner of Scenic Land Investments which recently developed a premier golf course/hotel/residential community in Rising Fawn, Georgia named McLemore. He is past Chairman of Arria, a global AI NLG technology company.

Prior to founding TSG, Dain served as an Executive Vice President & Partner for over 10 years at a start up search firm where he served as an Officer of the company, led the organization into numerous new verticals, was personally consistently ranked in the Top 1% nationally, built a successful Retained Search offering and developed a reputation in the talent acquisition market for high integrity & authenticity, transparency, tireless work ethic and exceptional performance.
Prior to his talent acquisition start up experience, Dain’s corporate background consisted of over 13 years with Abbott Labs, Diagnostics Division inclusive of executive level responsibilities in General Management, Global & Tactical Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Sales & Sales Management and International Operations. During Dain’s corporate career, he was promoted to increased scopes of responsibility ten (10) times and relocated on seven (7) occasions throughout the U.S. and Europe.





He has also been a founding partner in Southeast Medical Properties, Surgery Center of Athens, Eye Surgery Center of Chattanooga, and Southeast Eye Surgery Center of Knoxville. He is a general partner and board member in Scenic Land Investment Management as well as Scenic Land Company, and Scenic Land Development. He has been intimately involved in the rebranding of Canyon Ridge Resort to Mclemore Resort, and has helped guide the development of the clubhouse, a new 245 key Hilton Curio Collection Canyon Cloud Hotel (scheduled to open in February 2024) and the building of a new golf course, the Outpost (scheduled summer of 2024). The Course at Mclemore has the distinction of winning the best 18th hole for Golf Digest in 2020 and shares this award with Pebble Beach (1980) and Harbour Town Links (2000). In 2017, he helped lead his company to a recapitalization with a private equity company, Flexpoint Ford.
He is currently the President of Southeast Eye Specialists (SEES), and serves on the SEES Group Board since 2017 as well as Scenic Land Companies Boards. He holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.D. from Weill Cornell Medical College, and an M.B.A. from Emory University.

Simmy founded and managed an international bespoke luxury goods company from the ground up and was eventually featured in the Home & Garden section of the New York Times. In her role as company manager she oversaw operations, partnerships, and brand development amid the early emergence of social media marketing. Simmy has also worked with the Baruch College Public Relations Department in New York City, Psychology Today magazine, and The Therapy Directory, where she developed broad experience across communications, platform growth, and institutional messaging in the health space.
Simmy’s background and experience inform her practical and steady approach as Blue Wellington’s Chief of Staff where she works closely with leadership to clarify priorities, navigate processes, and focus on operational growth objectives.

Dr. Maclellan completed a general surgery internship at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga. He then completed plastic surgery clinical and research fellowships at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He received his M.D. from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and a post-doctoral Master in Medical Sciences Degree in translational medical research from Harvard Medical School.

Earlier in his career, Keith played a pivotal role in supporting the valuation and negotiation of the sale of Dollar Rent A Car to the Chrysler Corporation and advised on the development and expansion of the EuroDollar Rent a Car network, which became Europe’s largest privately held car rental company.
In addition to his operational leadership, Keith has served in executive roles within family offices, private equity, and institutional investment platforms across the United States, Europe, and Asia. He has led transactions exceeding $3.2 billion and has been a principal investor and advisor in significant commercial and residential real estate ventures, including Bulgari Hotels and Sodipierre Finance.
